Google Adsense provides a way for Website, Blog or App owners to earn money from their online content. It is basically a Google company which provides you ads for your Website, Blog, App or Youtube Channel.
HOW IT WORKS?
The Ad companies give their ads to Google to promote their product and then Google charges them some amount and takes them and gives it to the online content creators to promote the ads on your Website, Blog, App or Youtube Channel so as many people watch your ad you will be paid according to it and if someone clicks on your ad you will be paid a bit more and according to your views you will be paid monthly on a specified date through Google.

To earn through Google Adsense with a website, You need to have a website. Making a website or a Blog is same you can create a website on a Wordpress hosting or a blog on a blogger hosting which is free. If you are just starting I'll suggest you go with blogger. Because it is free I'm doing the same. Don't know how to create a blog, how to get approval from Adsense and things required to get Adsense approval. You will get paid here according to your viewers who view your posts and see ads on it or clicks on the ad.
and if a person from the USA or Germany or some other countries where CPC rate is high you will get a bit more money from them as you usually get from your country viewers like India. So now how to get you maximum audience from the USA or Germany simple just open google trends and see what is trending their and write a post on it and in blogger you get an option to target a location select the country and post your article and see the magic.

This is a place where I can't help you much, Because I don't have much idea about it, It is one of the hardest things to do, But if you know Java(Java is a computer language) it is used to build apps. Then you can simply download android studio and watch some tutorials on youtube, skill share or google and go on. Trust me guys it is hard to do but you can make a lot of money here if your app gets viral and basically we use Admob for ads on an app Admob is also Google's and you will get through Google Adsense so I added it in this section.
